Bear Lake Watch's position statement of 8/30/2006 The following statement was added in August 2008 "This is a supplement to the Bear Lake Watch position statement submitted on 8/29/06. Issue: leases or easements for industrial purposes There should be no extractive mineral or water uses in conjunction with the sovereign lands.
